Safety is of utmost importance to Refiloe and Sons Conveyor Services, and we devote an exceptional amount of time in educating our staff. Risk assessments are done before starting any work to eliminate any dangers that might occur.
So far, Refiloe and Sons Conveyor Services have had no incidents to date. There are strict
procedures to be followed by every employee in their allocated tasks. Disciplinary actions are
taken immediately when any employee neglects the procedure. All rules and regulations in connection with safety regarding machinery and equipment are in
place and are followed strictly.

This service entails that a daily “scope of work” is done specifically as per the client’s requirements. Cleaning staff are trained to ensure that all your requirements are met and maintained. Employees are trained on the colour coded system to prevent any cross contamination. An Area Manager is allocated to each client. The Area Manager will be visiting the site on a weekly basis, to liaise with client’s Management to ensure all queries and Our in-house Senior Technician will conduct inspections at random intervals ensuring that the all cleaning and hygiene operations are maintained at ALL times.
We offer a wide range of dispensers and services, unique to all washroom facilities. Our dispensers will be branded with your Company Logo. • WASHROOM CHEMICAL DEEP CLEANING
DISPENSERS A variety of soap dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, hand drying dispenser, air- freshener dispensers, toiler and urinal sanitizers are available in white, platinum and stainless steel ranges. As part of our cost saving project, we are able to offer dispenser on outright purchases with a maintenance and service contract. CONSUMABLES We offer a wide range of paper products, soaps, chemicals and cleaning equipment to

Our trained staff uses specialized equipment and chemicals to clean toilets, urinals, wash basins, showers and zincs. We focus on the areas normally cleaned by the cleaning staff i.e. flush rims, urinal traps, basin overflows and body fats in showers.

Our stock levels are kept to a maximum of 2 weeks on shelf life raw materials. We only use Rema products as they are the most consistent and reliable. All cleaning equipment is also kept in same, non-hazardous space as per regulations. Refiloe and Sons Conveyor Services also does normal scanning on conveyor belt, whereas you need we come out on call and scan the belt requested. We give detailed reports, suggestions and solutions.
